FitFAQS has now been live for 3 years and already we have established a reputation for providing quality fitness and nutrition advice.
Since we launched back in 2006, after the publication of The Marathon and Half Marathon:A Training Guide and From Flab to Fab, the number of articles on the site has grown exponentially.
As time goes on we will be adding more and more free content for you to digest at your leisure, so take a look around the site and see what takes your fancy.
