FitFAQS Mission

The health and fitness industry is worth billions, with many people more than willing to part with their hard earned cash to buy books, fitness equipment or supplements, which all promise miraculous and rapid weight loss. The stark reality is that all these products which make "too good to be true" promises are in fact more than likely "too good to be true".

Personal Trainers worldwide have tried to get the message across to people for years that in order to shape up and lose a few pounds, there are a few simple steps that need to be taken and they needn't cost the earth.

Due to the popularity and International interest of my book "Is it just me or are sit ups a waste of time?" it has clearly demonstrated that the health conscious amongst you are tiring of falling for the same old rubbish fed to us by the media and ill informed health journalists. It is this renewed interest into the truth and facts about staying fit and healthy which has given birth to fitFAQS, which I'm hoping you will find easy to navigate and interesting to read.
