Graeme Hilditch's Biography
Graeme Hilditch runs a private and exclusive Personal Training business in rural Gloucestershire.
Trained by Premier Global, the UK's leading fitness training provider, Graeme qualified with a Diploma in Fitness Training and Sports Therapy (Dip FTST - IIST, IHBC) and went on to gain advanced qualifications in Nutrition and Biomechanics from the CHEK Institute in California.

With over a decade of experience as a Personal Trainer, Graeme's light hearted and articulate approach to health and fitness has won him recognition from several UK and US magazines and newspapers, as well as three major publishing houses, including the infamous Bloomsbury. In March 2011, he was also asked to be an Ambassador for Cancer Research's Race For Life.
Over the years, Graeme has provided 50 major charities such as the National Autistic Society, Sparks & Spinal Research with 10km, Half and full Marathon training and nutrition guides which are followed by thousands of charity runners every year, both in the UK and World Wide.
Graeme is also consulted with by a number of national Newspapers such as The Daily Mail and The Telegraph and asked to contribute to features and comment on all aspects of health and fitness.
As a member of the Panel of Experts for Women's Running and Men's Running Magazine, Graeme is a regular columnist and advisor for the Magazine as well as a regular contributor on fitness and nutrition topics on TalkSport.

His five books, "The Marathon and Half Marathon: A Training Guide," "Is it just me or are sit-ups a waste of time?" and "From Flab to Fab" "Superstar Fitness" and "5k and 10k: From Start to Finish" have been extremely well received by the running and fitness community alike, with organisations such as the Great North Run and Fitpro International endorsing some of his publications.
Now in its fifth reprint in just 3 years, "The Marathon and Half Marathon: A Training Guide" is now one of the best-selling running books in the UK and is also now available an E-book. Following its success, it attracted major publishing house Bloomsbury to commission Graeme to write a second running book on 5K and 10K Training for novice and new runners.
Written in aid of Cancer Research's famous "Race for Life" events, "5K and 10K: From Start to Finish" is the perfect companion for any "Race for Lifer" whatever their level of fitness.
