Frequently Asked Questions

As a personal trainer for over 10 years, I have had hundreds of questions about how to lose weight and get toned up thrown at me on a regular basis.
These are the questions which not only inspired me to write, "Is it just me or are sit-ups a waste of time" but also the very reason you are reading this website.
This section of the website will feature a host of frequently asked questions about health and fitness and also help to explode some of the most common fitness and diet myths that circulate around health clubs and coffee mornings all over the world.
To the left, you will see a selection of tabs which will take you straight to the FAQS page you are interested in. Just click on the tab and read whatever takes your fancy.
Finding what you want to know
As the content of the site grows, you may find it difficult to quickly find the particular questions you are interested in knowing the answers to. To solve this, we have installed a simple "site search" tool at the top of the page. Simply type in what you what to look for, such as "situps" or "carbohydrates" and all the pages with those words in, will be displayed. Easy.
