They are here at last.

It has taken far longer than expected but finally, all three fitFAQS running training guides are here and available for download absolutely free.

All three training guides - 10km, Half Marathon and Marathon cover all the topics you need to know to take on any of these challenging runs and to our knowledge, they are the most comprehensive guides available on the internet.

Essentially, the guides are a much condensed version of my book, "The Marathon and Half Marathon: A Training Guide" and although should not be used as a substitute, they are certainly the perfect accompaniment.

So, why are we giving them away?

To be honest, we noticed that there was very little decent information on the internet on how to train for 10km, Half Marathon and Marathons.

Sure, there are dozens of training timetables available on the net, but unless you know why you are doing certain training runs, simply following a schedule is a waste of time.

So, we decided to write a comprehensive guide, together with training timetables, and give it away to all runners so that they can have quality training information to follow through their race preparations.

The only other guides we have come across which comes close to the depth of information we give in the fitFAQS training guides, are ones from Real Buzz - which you have to pay £5 for.

Surely it's a no brainer?
